About the IAL Class Action

We appreciate your interest in this matter.  The plaintiffs have resolved their individual claims against IAL and the lawsuit has been dismissed.   If you believe that you have any claims arising from the shipment of your personally-owned vehicle, you should submit those to IAL or the Military Claims Office for consideration.

I shipped my vehicle on May 20th and finally got an email from them two days ago saying it was ready to be picked up. I went through hell trying to get any info on where it was and what the status was on it and never received an acceptable answer. I will be picking my vehicle up on Aug 25 (49 days passed the required delivery date). I’m so scared that my $50,000 truck is going to have all kinds of damages to it. How do I get involved in this class action?

Hello, should I join the lawsuit? We are driving a rental car paid for by IAL. We have out of pocket expenses to be paid for by the military when our car comes in. We have no idea when or where our vehicle is at other than AT SEA since before we turned our vehicle into IAL. We turned our vehicle in July 1st and the tracking system recently changed to say that it has been at sea since June 30th. Please advise if it would be feasible for us to join the suit. If joining the suit also helps others then I will join.

  4. Hello, I’m a reporter for Live 5 News, the CBS-affiliate in Charleston, South Carolina. Our station is doing a story on IAL and the experiences customers have had with the company. I was wondering if anyone here lives in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia and would be willing to talk about their experiences with IAL’s shipping. If you’re interested, please email me at wjoy@Live5News.com. Thanks!
